Refund policy

At Forge & Form, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Items must be returned with all accessories, tags, and included parts (if applicable).

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale/clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused in transit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  • Contact your bank (it may take additional time)
