Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available).

Shipping Time / Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery (U.S.): 7–14 business days
Estimated delivery (International): 10–25 business days

Please note: these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, weather, customs, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on your location and the items in your cart.

Option B: Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
Option C: Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 per order

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, we will email it once your item ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If that happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
delivery issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. We can only update addresses before the order has been processed/shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:

first, check with household members and neighbors
contact your local carrier to locate the package

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on their country. These charges are not controlled by Forge & Form and are not included in product or shipping prices.
